Ciao, Bellas!: I am most delighted that you have decided to stop by. Please. Wipe the soles of your stylish heels on the welcome mat that I have laid out just for you, come in, grab a glass of wine before you take a seat, and relax. I do hope you plan to stay awhile. Oh. Yes. Before we solidify this relationship and become the best of friends, there is something I must tell you: my great aunt, an urbane, well-educated Grambling University graduate, is the muse behind this blog. Growing up, I wanted to be just like her. And so, this blog will strive to provide information that leads to a life well lived as well as contain my challenges and triumphs with returning to work after being a stay-home-mom for over ten years. One more thing you must know about me is, I am a mother of a lacrosse player, a swimmer, and an urbane girl-in-training.
